Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (They hear therein no idle talk nor any sinning)

Allah the Exalted said:
(25) They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - (26) Only a saying: "Peace, peace."
[Al-Waqi'ah: 25-26] (They do not hear) meaning: the people of Paradise, they do not hear (therein any idle talk) meaning: speech that has no benefit, (nor any sinning) meaning: speech by which a person commits a sin. So ugly speech does not exist, and speech that has no good in it does not exist
Only a saying: "Peace, peace."
[Al-Waqi'ah: 26] His saying:
except for a sayingإِلَّا قِيلاً
This is what grammarians call a disconnected exception,And the disconnected exception: which is one in which the excepted item is of a different kind than the item from which it is excepted,His saying:
Only a saying: "Peace, peace."
[Al-Waqi'ah: 26] Is it from idle talk? No. Is it from sinning? No. So the exception here is disconnected, and the sign of a disconnected exception is that you replace (except) with (but) and the speech becomes correct,So here, if it were said in other than the Qur'an: they do not hear therein any idle talk nor any sinning, but rather speech, for the speech to be correct. So (except) here is for a disconnected exception, because the excepted item is not of the same kind as the item from which it is excepted,And similar to that is the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
(21) So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder. (22) You are not over them a controller. (23) However, he who turns away and disbelieves - (24) Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.
[Al-Ghashiyah: 21-24] His saying: (except) here the exception is disconnected, because what comes after (except) is not of the same kind as what comes before it, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) is not a controller, neither over the disbelievers nor over others. So (except) here means (but), and for this reason the fa (so) came, (so He will punish him). And accordingly, if someone were to pause and say:
You are not over them a controller.
[Al-Ghashiyah: 22] then the pause is correct, because (except) here is disconnected and not connected to what comes before it.
Only a saying: "Peace, peace."
[Al-Waqi'ah: 26] meaning: except for speech that contains peace and the introduction of joy and happiness among the people of Paradise, may Allah make us and you among them.
