Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And when you were embryos in the wombs of your mothers)]
Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Najm: 32] And this second creation (embryos) is the plural of fetus, which is the pregnancy. The pregnancy is called a fetus because it is concealed. (When you were embryos) means: concealed in the wombs of your mothers, from the time the human was a drop of sperm, and from the drop of sperm he is created,And this is the meaning of His saying: [Surat al-Mu'minun: 13] So from the time he is a drop of sperm, he is a fetus, then he develops through four stages.
First: A drop of sperm, then a clinging clot, then a lump of flesh, formed and unformed, then We created him in another creation, the final stage in which the soul is breathed in.
So He is aware of us during the first creation and during the second creation in the wombs of our mothers.
Allah the Exalted said:
and when you were fetuses in the wombs of your mothers
وَإِذْ أَنْتُمْ أَجِنَّةٌ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْThen We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.
ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَكِينٍFirst: A drop of sperm, then a clinging clot, then a lump of flesh, formed and unformed, then We created him in another creation, the final stage in which the soul is breathed in.
So He is aware of us during the first creation and during the second creation in the wombs of our mothers.
