Ruling on a household taking their maid with them to perform Hajj
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Some people have a maid, and when they want to perform Hajj or 'Umrah, they take her with them with the intention of doing good?
As for the maid belonging to the household, if there is no one else in the house to look after them when they go out for Hajj, they should take her with them; because her performing Hajj with them is safer for her than her remaining alone in the house, and safer for her than if they left her with their neighbors or relatives. So in such a case, it is permissible, if Allah wills; because her traveling with them is safer than her staying behind.
