Ruling on delaying the prayer due to sleep

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on delaying the prayer due to sleep?
If a person does not pray because of sleep, he owes nothing, but once he wakes up, he has to pray.As the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his family said: (Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it; there is no expiation for it other than that). And because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was on a journey, and they slept through the Fajr prayer until the sun rose, and the heat of the sun woke them up, so he prayed it after that. However, it is obligatory for a person, when he intends to sleep, to take precautions: he should set an alarm clock, or instruct someone to wake him up. As for sleeping in such a way that he knows he will not wake up until late if he falls into deep sleep, then he has been negligent. But sometimes a person hears the alarm clock, yet he does not know if he is sleeping or if it is a dream! So he remains in his sleep. The important point is that as long as he is excused by sleep, he prays when he wakes up, and there is no blame on him.
