The ruling on one who buys a commodity for a deferred price and sells it back to its owner for the same price

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! If a man comes and buys a man's commodity for a deferred price, then returns and sells it to the same man for a cash price, but it is for the same deferred price, is this considered 'inah?
No, if a person sells a commodity to someone for one thousand riyals in installments, then returns and buys the commodity from him for one thousand riyals in cash, there is nothing wrong with that; because it is not riba, since he sold it for one thousand and bought it for one thousand,'Inah: it is [wrong] if he sells it for a deferred price and buys it back for less in cash,For example: for example, if he sells it for ten thousand deferred in installments and then buys it back in cash for nine thousand, this is forbidden and it is the issue of 'inah.
