What does the Shaykh say about the one who slaughters for other than Allah, prostrates to a grave, or supplicates to a grave?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Go ahead, ask what you want.

The questioner : What do you say, O Shaykh, about the one who slaughters for other than Allah, prostrates to a grave, or supplicates to a grave?

The Shaykh : This, if he knows that the Shari'ah has made that shirk (associating partners with Allah) with Allah
Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
[Al-An'am 6:162]
, and yet he still draws near to them, it is kufr (disbelief), specifically creedal kufr.

The questioner: All right.

The Shaykh : I am satisfied.

The questioner : Good, you are satisfied, yes.

The Shaykh : You are satisfied, so what is the disagreement now in this example?

The questioner : The disagreement is that you used this as evidence, but you did not use evidence for the issue of sovereignty. The evidence is clear:
Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ شَرَعُوا لَهُمْ مِنَ الدِّينِ
[Ash-Shuraa 42:21]
Allah called them partners.

The Shaykh : O Shaykh, I am saying that you agreed with me that there is creedal shirk and there is practical shirk, and you agreed with me that there are matters that are clearly creedal shirk and other matters that are practical shirk. We cannot... we want to take the Friday ghusl (full ritual bath) and catch up to the prayer.

The questioner : Continue, continue, O Shaykh.
