The specified prescribed period between two 'Umrahs.

The Shaykh : What do you think some people understood? Some people understood that we say it is not befitting for a person to repeat the 'Umrah, as is the school of Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him), that the 'Umrah should not be more than once a year, as is reported to me from them. I am not saying that. I say that if a person returns to his city and performs an 'Umrah, there is no harm in that. If he comes with an 'Umrah every month, there is no obstacle. I have also mentioned to you previously that Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "He performs the 'Umrah when his head has grown black". What does "grown black" mean? It turned black until it was like soot, meaning like charcoal. Why? Because among the rituals of the 'Umrah is shaving or shortening the hair, so there must be hair to shave or shorten.
