A word from the Shaykh regarding the 'Id sacrifice.
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : All praise is due to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our own souls and from the evil of our deeds. Whoever Allah guides, no one can mislead, and whoever He misleads, no one can guide. And I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family and his Companions and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment).
As for what follows: This gathering is considered part of a gathering, as it completes the previous one, which is the thirty-fourth of the monthly gatherings held every month in this large congregational mosque in Unayzah. I ask Allah the Exalted to make these gatherings, and the other gatherings of our brother scholars in all the lands, gatherings that are beneficial, by which Allah benefits His servants. For there is no doubt that the scholars are the guides who guide by the command of Allah Mighty and Majestic, if Allah the Exalted grants them success in adhering to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). We spoke at the beginning of this gathering; we spoke about Hajj, its conditions, its description, and some of its rulings. And as for tonight, we will make it a discussion about the 'Id sacrifice in a brief manner, followed by questions.
