Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This is a complaint. The questioner says: The honorable Shaykh, we are unable to listen to this session due to the disturbance caused by the children, until one of the brothers told me: We counted twenty children in the last session?

The Shaykh : I say: If the children are disturbing the attendees, it is not permissible for their guardians to bring them to the mosques, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prevented the one who eats onions from approaching the mosque, and he explained that this is what? Harm. He said:
For the angels are offended by that which offends people. إن الملائكة تتأذى مما يتأذى منه الإنسان
Sunan Ibn Majah 3365Sahih (Darussalam)
So anything that harms the worshippers, it is not permissible to bring it. It remains to be said also: Some people complain about the bijar, some people’s bijar has a loud voice, and sometimes it strikes while he is in prostration and he cannot stop it, so this causes disturbance. So we say: The one who has a bijar should be careful with it, and it has buttons that he can press, so its voice is not heard, so he does this when he comes to prayer in order to keep people safe from its harm. Yes.
