Islamic Victories in Ramadan.

The Shaykh : And among what occurred in this blessed month were two great battles: the first was the Battle of Badr, which took place in the second year of the Hijrah, and Allah the Exalted named its day the Day of Criterion. The leaders of Quraysh were killed in it, the truth prevailed over falsehood, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was victorious over his enemy. In it is interpreted His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: [Al-Baqarah 2:249]. As for the second battle, it is the Battle of the Conquest, the Conquest of Makkah. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) left Makkah, the Mother of Cities, although he was the most deserving of people regarding it. He left it fearing for his life due to the harm he suffered from Quraysh, until they gathered and consulted among themselves about what to do with this man? And in this, Allah the Exalted says: [Al-Anfal 8:30] so that they would detain him in prison so that he would not move, or kill him by taking his life, or expel him from the land. But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) left the land by the permission of Allah, Mighty and Majestic. He left in secret until he remained hidden in the Cave of Thawr for three nights, fearing that the pursuit of Quraysh would catch him, because Quraysh sent out expeditions to search for Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), to the extent that they offered one hundred camels to whoever brought him, and two hundred camels to whoever brought him and his companion Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him). But Allah the Exalted is encompassing of what is behind them, and He is All-Aware of what they plot against His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Allah averted their sight from him until they were standing at the cave where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and Abu Bakr were. Abu Bakr said: Rather, the door of the cave was open, and there was nothing in it to prevent sight. But Allah blinded their sight, Mighty and Majestic, so he used to say: . The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would answer him by saying: Sahih al-Bukhari 3653 until Allah saved him. After eight years, this one who had left Makkah in secret, fearing its people, returned as a conqueror, triumphant, victorious, supported by the victory of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, after eight years, until he stood at the door of the Ka'bah with Quraysh beneath him, waiting to see what he would do. He said to them, namely the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family): What do you think I will do with you? Meaning, what do you suppose I will do with you after I have gained power over you? They said: A noble brother, and the son of a noble brother, we say nothing. He said: Sunan al-Bayhaqi 16:883. Look at this great pardon in a state of power, for a people who had expelled him from his land, expelled him from the sacred land of Allah, in which he was the most deserving of people, as Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said regarding Quraysh: [Al-Anfal 8:34]. This was a great occasion, after which the Arabs were humbled, and Allah completed this humiliation with what happened of the defeat of Thaqif. And the Arabs submitted to the call of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
