For verily You decree and none can influence You إنك تقضي ولا يقضى عليك

, so Allah the Exalted decrees over everything, because He has the complete, all-encompassing judgment.
And no one decrees over Him: no one decrees over Him.
So the servants do not judge over Allah, and Allah judges over them.
The servants are questioned about what they did, and He is not questioned,
He is not questioned about what He does, but they are questioned لا يُسْأَلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْأَلُونَ
