Is there any guidance for women who are keen to pray the tarawih prayer but may perhaps perfume themselves or wear clothing that is not modest?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : She says: O honorable Shaykh, is there any guidance for women who are keen to pray the tarawih prayer but may perhaps perfume themselves or wear clothing that is not modest?

The Shaykh : Yes, my advice to her is: that she should pray in her home, for that is better. It is not permissible for her to go out perfumed or displaying her adornment, or to walk in the manner of men, or to laugh with her sister and for her sister to laugh with her in the markets, because the situation is dangerous, and fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) spreads to the hearts like fire in dry grass. So first, I say: her prayer in her home is better than her prayer in the mosque. That is one. Second: if she goes out, let her go out unperfumed, meaning: not perfumed and not displaying her adornment. If she goes out perfumed, she is in great danger, because she has disobeyed the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), where he said:
Whoever (woman) fumigates herself with perfume should not join us in the 'Isha' prayer. أيما امرأة أصابت بخوراً فلا تشهد معنا صلاة العشاء
Sahih Muslim 444
