The ruling on a woman applying perfume when she leaves the house

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He asks and says: Is it permissible for a woman to put perfume on her clothes and go out to the street, or to work, while wearing the Shari'ah-prescribed attire?
Answer: It is not permissible for her to go out with a perfume whose scent is apparent. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) warned against this. Even if it were for prayer, if she wants to go out and has applied perfume or incense, she should not go out unless it is odorless, so that no fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) occurs for the people on the road, or for the people working with her if she is in a workplace where she passes by men, or speaks to men about some of her needs, or the like.
As for mixing with men in the workplace, it is not permissible; because it is one of the causes of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). For her to be with him in the room, or in the chair, or with the student in his chair, this is not permissible; because this is one of the causes of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
