This does not affect the validity. However, if the hole is visible, the scholars say that slight, simple exposure, especially if it is not on the two private parts, does not affect the validity. But it is obligatory for a person to be cautious regarding these matters, to be careful with his religion, and to check his clothes when he prays so that he does not fall into something that is forbidden for him.
