The questioner : He asks about His saying, may He be Exalted: [Yunus 10:47] He also asks about His saying, may He be Exalted: [Saba 34:44] And also the verse [Fatir 35:24]?
The Shaykh : These verses do not contradict each other, for Allah, the Exalted, sent a messenger to every nation, as He, the Exalted, said:[An-Nahl 16:36] And Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said: [An-Nisa 4:163] up to His saying: [An-Nisa 4:165] So every nation must have a messenger, and every nation must have a warner who warns them of the punishment of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, and gives them good tidings of His mercy for those who obey.
As for His saying, may He be Exalted:[Saba 34:44] the meaning is that Allah, the Exalted, did not send a warner to the Arabs before Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). For this reason, there is no messenger from the Arabs except Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). This is the call of Ibrahim and Isma'il, where he (peace and blessings be upon him) said about Ibrahim: [Al-Baqarah 2:129] So Allah, Mighty and Majestic, did not send a warner to the Arabs except Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Allah, the Exalted, sent him as a warner to them and to all people, as Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said: [Al-A'raf 7:158].

And for every nation is a messenger
وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولٌand We had not sent to them before you, [O Muhammad], any warner.
And there was no nation but that there had passed within it a warner.
The Shaykh : These verses do not contradict each other, for Allah, the Exalted, sent a messenger to every nation, as He, the Exalted, said:
And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid Taghut." And among them were those whom Allah guided, and among them were those upon whom error was [deservedly] decreed.
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him
[We sent] messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allah after the messengers
As for His saying, may He be Exalted:
and We had not sent to them before you, [O Muhammad], any warner.
Our Lord, and send among them a messenger from themselves who will recite to them Your verses and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify them. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
Say, [O Muhammad], "O mankind, indeed I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, [from Him] to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death." So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in Allah and His words, and follow him that you may be guided.
The questioner : This listener is a new listener to the program, as Khalid Abd al-Rahman says.
