Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner :"The Destructive Sins and the Ruinous Matters"?

The Shaykh : And likewise.

The questioner : Which books do you prefer...

The Shaykh : But what I believe is that such books of admonition, and those dealing with catastrophes, trials, and the terrors of the Day of Resurrection, contain many weak hadiths.

The questioner : Very well.

The Shaykh : Some of them may even be fabricated. Therefore, a person should be cautious regarding them and not rely on them unless he consults the scholars of knowledge. If it happens that he has no scholar of knowledge to ask, then the truth is a clear sign for him, or he has a clear sign. If he encounters a hadith that he finds objectionable or that his soul rejects, let him pause regarding it and ask about it specifically. He is not obligated to believe in what he is not certain is among what must be believed in. Let him pause until he asks the scholars of knowledge about it. Yes.
