Is it permissible for a husband to kiss his wife during the daytime of Ramadan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a husband to kiss his wife during the daytime of Ramadan? I ask for your guidance.

The Shaykh : Yes, it is permissible for a husband to kiss his wife during the daytime of Ramadan, because this was established from the actions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). 'Umar ibn Abi al-Salamah asked him about it, and he said:
Ask this سل هذه
meaning Umm Salamah, so she informed him that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) does this. Then 'Umar ibn Abi al-Salamah said to him: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven you your past and future sins". The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) thereby clarified that he was the most knowledgeable of us regarding Allah, the most mindful of Allah, and the most fearful of Allah. Meaning, if he did it, then those below him in rank are even more entitled to do so. Based on this, it is permissible for a person to kiss his wife while fasting in Ramadan and in other times. However, if he fears that he will ruin his fast, such as if the man has a strong desire and quick ejaculation, he should not put his fast at risk. But if he is in control of himself and knows that he is not that type of man who ejaculates quickly, then there is no blame on him for kissing. Yes.

The questioner : The listener also says in his second question.
