Is it obligatory for the mistress of a female servant to make her wear socks, and if the servant refuses, what is the ruling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And is it obligatory for me to make her wear socks, and if she refuses, what is upon me?
I think the answer to this question was already included in the general answer to the first question. And frankly, we say: if she refuses, what is upon me? If you are the mistress of the house, you must not allow such a servant to be in your home, because that is a fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), perhaps for the husband, perhaps for the husband's brother, perhaps for the husband's son, and so on, for whatever may occur. Then, regarding the rest of the question: Is there a sin upon me if she does not wear the Shari'ah-prescribed hijab in the street, and not in front of my husband? The answer is yes, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say
You are all shepherds, and you are all responsible for your flocks. The man is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock, and the woman is a shepherdess and is responsible for her flock. كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته فالرجل راع وهو مسؤول عن رعيته والمرأة راعية وهي مسؤولة عن رعيتها
. So this female servant, the woman who is the mistress of the house, is responsible for her. It is not permissible... to send her out to handle some of the household affairs or the affairs of the master or mistress from the market, and then have her return to the house. It is not permissible to employ such a woman because of the assistance it provides in sinning against Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He). And Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says
And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان
[Al-Ma'idah 5:2]
.
Here is a question, bring me some water from...
