Question: My wife wanted to do something, and I was angry at the time,So I said to her: I said to her: If you do this, you are divorced. Since the time for her to perform that act had not yet arrived, and after a short time had passed and my anger had subsided, I gave her permission to do that act. When the time for her to perform it came, she did it. Did my divorce take effect in the first instance, or does my permission to her afterwards cancel it? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer: Your permission to her does not cancel the divorce you swore to her, or the divorce you made conditional on this condition you mentioned. So retracting it does not benefit you in any way, and the divorce remains as it is. If she did what you intended to prevent her from doing, then if your intention with the divorce was only to prevent her and you did not intend to make her divorce conditional on it, then you owe an expiation for an oath, because this is like an oath.
As for if your intention in what you mentioned was to make the divorce conditional on her doing this thing, then the divorce takes effect on you if she did what you made it conditional on.

Question: But what if the time when he swore that she should not do it, and if in the depths of his heart, or in her reality, he intended that time and did not intend the continuous future?

Answer: If he intended a specific time that she should not do this thing at a specific time and then that time passed, then the oath is dissolved by the passing of the time. But if he did not specify a time, but rather intended to prevent her from this act at any time, then the ruling is tied to it whenever she does it.
And it is certain that if his intention was to make the divorce conditional, then it takes effect. If no previous divorce has occurred that would complete three, then it is a revocable divorce, and he may take her back as long as she is in the waiting period. But if it completes three divorces with what preceded it, then she is divorced from him with a major final divorce and she is not lawful for him except after another husband.
