The Takbir upon completing the waiting period.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And it is well known in these ten days, or rather at the end of the month in reality, the takbir upon completing the waiting period, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you ولتكملوا العدة ولتكبروا الله على ما هداكم
[Al-Baqarah 2:185]
. So the sign for Muslims when Ramadan is completed is to recite the takbir on the night of the festival until the imam arrives, saying for example:
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and all praise is due to Allahالله أكبر الله أكبر لا إله إلا الله، الله أكبر الله أكبر ولله الحمد
or saying three times
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, and Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and all praise is due to Allahالله أكبر الله أكبر الله أكبر لا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر والله أكبر الله أكبر ولله الحمد
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 6:28
. All of this is permissible.
These things that occur at the end of the month, a person should strive to do them and ask Allah at the end of this month for the acceptance of what he has done, because if a person’s deeds are not accepted, his work becomes mere toil
And some who fast, their share from their fasting is only hunger and thirst, and some who stand in prayer, their share from their standing is only sleeplessness ورب صائم حظه من صيامه الجوع والظمأ، ورب قائم حظه من قيامه السهر
.
I ask Allah the Exalted to make my work and your work pure for Allah and in accordance with His Shari'ah, and to make it accepted and beneficial for us when we meet our Lord, and to make our continued existence in this world an increase in our faith and obedience. Indeed, He is Generous and Noble, and all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his family and companions.
And to the questions prepared by some of the brothers.
