Is it permissible for a man to praise Allah when he burps, or to send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he sneezes?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Well, what do you think? Question: What do you think of one who praises Allah when he burps? When he burps?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : What?
The student: Praise after eating.

The Shaykh : And what does he say?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : No, when he burps?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : I mean, a man who praises Allah every time he burps? Yes.
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : We say this is not prescribed. Why?
The student: Because it contradicts the cause.

The Shaykh : Because it is not mentioned in the Shari'ah or the Sunnah that burping is a cause for praise.
Well, what do you think of a man who praises Allah when he sneezes? Is this action correct?
The student: Correct.

The Shaykh : Because the Shari'ah has come with it, so sneezing is a cause for praise.
But what do you think if he sneezes while he is praying? Does he praise Allah or not?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : No, I do not know. May Allah bless you, may Allah reward you with good. So you are a scholar, because it is part of a person's knowledge to say "I do not know" when he does not know.
Well, the brother?
The student: He praises Allah, but not ... in the prayer.

The Shaykh : He praises Allah while he is praying?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : He would be occupied with the praise instead of the prayer.
The student: There is evidence for it.

The Shaykh : Bring the evidence.
The student: A man from the Companions was praying, then he praised Allah after he sneezed, then another man said "May Allah have mercy on you." So after the prayer, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) came to him and said:
Talking to persons is not fitting during the prayer إن هذه الصلاة لا يصلح فيها شيء من كلام الناس
Sahih Muslim 537a
.

The Shaykh : Well done, may Allah bless you.
The brother said that if a person sneezes in his prayer, he praises Allah, whether he is standing, bowing, prostrating, or sitting.
He was asked: What is the evidence? So he brought the evidence.
The evidence: The hadith of Mu'awiyah ibn al-Hakam (may Allah be pleased with him)
That he was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) praying, so a man from the people sneezed and said: "Praise be to Allah." So Mu'awiyah said to him: "May Allah have mercy on you." The people cast their eyes at him—meaning they made it known from before him that they disapproved of him—so he said: "Woe to my mother!"—he spoke a second time—so they began hitting their thighs to silence him. So he was silent. When he finished the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) called him. Mu'awiyah said: "By my father and mother, I have never seen a teacher with better teaching than him—may Allah send blessings and peace upon him—and by Allah, he did not rebuke me or scold me, but he only said: 'Indeed, this prayer is not suitable for any of the speech of people; it is only glorification, saying Allahu Akbar, and reciting the Qur'an.'"
, or as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said.
Pay attention.
The aspect of indication from the hadith is that the man who sneezed praised Allah, and it was not disapproved of him.
