What is the ruling on one who prays Jumu'ah and then prays Zuhr afterwards?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... After the imam, he has to pray Zuhr outside the mosque, outside the mosque's precinct. Pray Zuhr in congregation.

The Shaykh : This prayer has no basis whatsoever. It is a religious innovation (bid'ah). The Jumu'ah prayer and the Zuhr prayer do not occur together, because this prayer contradicts the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَانْتَشِرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]
,
When the prayer has been completed فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ
, meaning the Jumu'ah prayer
disperse within the land فَانْتَشِرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]
. This means that no obligatory prayer is performed in the mosque after the Jumu'ah prayer. Rather, as we mentioned earlier regarding the Sunnah prayer after the obligatory one, one may pray it in the mosque, and this is permissible. However, it is better to go and pray it at home, at one's place of work, or somewhere similar.
