The questioner : Peace be upon you

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace

The questioner: How are you, Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, I am well

The questioner : If you please, Shaykh, I want to ask you... I will tell you the story, meaning

The Shaykh: Please go ahead

The questioner : O Shaykh, I will tell you a story and I want the ruling on it

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : We have a boy among our relatives. This boy has not reached puberty. He was raised, praise be to Allah, in obedience to Allah in a home free of corrupting influences, praise be to Allah, and a righteous family. We do not praise anyone beyond what is due to Allah. Everyone looked at him with admiration for his good character and calmness... among his siblings. But after a period of three years from the beginning, a strange greed for food was observed in him, and a heaviness in sleep, meaning a strange heaviness, and darkness in the face. But he remained diligent in his prayer, meaning his outward appearance indicated goodness, but the inner reality is known only to Allah. One day, when his family was out of the country, with me, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh: Yes

The questioner: His family was out of the country, and this boy was residing in his grandfather's house. His aunt suddenly entered his room, and there she found this boy and her son naked, seeking refuge in Allah. The aunt was angry and left the room, closed the door, and informed her other sisters of what she saw. After the boy's family returned from their trip, the aunt informed one of his sisters of what he had done. His sister did not believe it when she learned of her brother's modesty in covering his 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered) and the shyness for which he was known. After one day, the great disaster occurred. This boy went to his aunt's house, and the aunt noticed the absence of her son and noticed the absence of this boy from her sight. When she searched for them, she found them, and there is no power nor strength except in Allah, seeking refuge in Allah, in... liwat (sodomy). Suddenly, the aunt rushed to this boy's mother and informed her of what he had done... calling his father... and asked him, and he confessed that since a year ago, one of the neighbors, and Allah knows best, that he... taught him these things, so he practiced them since a year ago, knowing that this boy has not reached puberty. The important thing is that his mother and his sisters and brothers cut off relations with him. As for his mother, she pardoned him after a month, and his sisters are still, to this day, cutting off relations with him regarding food and drink. I ask you, O Shaykh, what is the ruling on this boy? Knowing that his family knows that in the era of the Companions, they applied the hudud (fixed Qur'anic punishments) of burning to them. So what is the hudud (fixed Qur'anic punishments) for this boy?

The Shaykh: First: We ask Allah for his guidance and return to what was better than what he had reached before his temptation.
Second: It is not permissible to apply the hudud (fixed Qur'anic punishments) to him or to flog him eighty lashes

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: What is this sound? What is this sound?
The student: The call has ended

The Shaykh : How?
The student: Some phones have a time limit, three minutes, four minutes... meaning they end the call

The Shaykh: Ah, meaning she was talking
The student: No, the phone itself is programmed for three minutes, three minutes or five minutes.

The Shaykh : ...
