The Shaykh : In a previous lesson, the author (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned a hadith regarding the virtue of a long life if its owner does good in it, and the opposite of that. And the last hadith he mentioned was the hadith of Abdullah ibn Busr (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

The best of people is the one whose life is long and whose life is good, and the worst of people is the one whose life is long and whose deeds are bad

خير الناس من طال عمره وحسن عمره وشر الناس من طال عمره وساء عمله

Then he mentioned a very weak hadith after that.
