An invitation to the Shaykh to visit the North for the sake of da'wah, due to the scarcity of preachers there.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This person says: "Your Eminence, your lectures are always held in the major cities of the Kingdom and in the regions where there are scholars and Shaykhs. You have forgotten, O Shaykh, the North, for example: Hufar al-Batin, Rafha, 'Ar'ar, Qaryat, and other areas where there are few students of knowledge and Shaykhs. We invite you, in the name of the people of the North, to come to them, may Allah preserve you."

The Shaykh : Let him be glad, but da'wah at this time is not appropriate because the North is cold. If Allah wills, in the summer. We ask Allah to facilitate this. It should not be said, "If Allah wills, in the summer the milk was wasted." In reality, I say frankly, my brothers, I would like to go to every place. Whether someone invited me or not, I would go to benefit and be benefited. But there are many engagements, and we have students whom we do not want to leave, because if a person leaves them, they become lazy afterwards. When do you gather them after you have scattered them? So I thought it was better to close the door so that no one... This is one thing. The second thing is that, praise be to Allah, there are now brothers who are preachers and they go to these lands, and Allah benefits people through them. So the matter is a collective obligation (fard kifayah); if those who are sufficient perform it, it drops from the rest. Yes.

The questioner : Finally, this person asks about the ruling on this competition, so I refer the question to the Shaykh. May Allah reward our Shaykh with the best reward, and benefit us all with what we have heard, and guide the steps of everyone, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon His servant and Messenger Muhammad.
