A doubt regarding the Afghan leaders working with Pakistani intelligence.

Al-Halabi : They mention a third doubt, saying that they are quoting from one of the mujahideen, whom they describe as truthful, though they do not certify his piety before Allah. He stated that he went to one of the field commanders in Kabul or around Kabul and found a wireless transmission device with him. This device is for wireless communication with Pakistani intelligence. They do not set out or move without consulting with Pakistani intelligence. And Pakistani intelligence, as is known to everyone, according to their expression, is in agreement with American intelligence, coordinating with them and arranging things with them, and so on. And our Lord, Blessed and Exalted is He, says: [Ali 'Imran 3:149] This also falls under what has come before.
The Shaykh : In any case, we also say regarding the authenticity of this report: First, we have a reservation, because as we know from the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Hujurat 49:6] and His saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 20:70 and the wisdom derived from the verse and the hadith is: "The defect in news lies only in its narrators." Second, assuming this report is true, what is mentioned and what is built upon this report is an inference, and inference is subject to error and correctness. We say to this reporter, and we hope he is not a reporter in the common sense, we say to him: Was this device not present during the time of Zia al-Haq? He cannot say, "Yes, it was not present; it only appeared after that," because we will say to him: [Al-Baqarah 2:111] And if it is possible that this device was present with them previously, then it is possible at that time that it was used for the benefit of Islam and Muslims, and it is possible that the opposite was the case. And as the jurists say, if a possibility affects the evidence, the argument based on it falls. Finally, I say: Does this also represent all the leaders? The answer, as we said regarding Majaddadi, is that this represents this person. And we cannot deny a bitter reality, which is that among the companions of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) who were striving with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), there were some hypocrites who were steeped in hypocrisy, whom the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knew by the explicit text of the Noble Qur'an. Do you see any jihad that takes place after the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that we can imagine is one hundred percent, one hundred percent, free of such hypocrites? We cannot imagine that. If the matter is so, and it is so by a hundred million, then the meaning of this statement is that any jihad whose banner is raised, we should not support it. Why? Because there may be hypocrites in it; there may be some hypocrites among the leaders. And this we cannot deny. But this does not necessitate that we say all the leaders are hypocrites. And since the matter is so, all these doubts, I fear in reality, are coming from reporters in the common sense, intended to weaken the enthusiasm of the Muslims who became enthusiastic for jihad with the Afghans in the land of Afghanistan, even if their enthusiasm is less than the enthusiasm of other mujahideen who want to strive with those who do not strive.
Al-Halabi : A question came from some of them saying: When the recent events occurred in Saudi Arabia, some of the mujahideen from the Saudi brothers residing in Peshawar and Afghanistan came to strive with the Saudis, according to their assumption. So when the American forces came, these mujahid brothers refused to participate. Do they wait near their families to provide them with protection and care, or do they return to jihad...
The Shaykh : Do they wait for what?
Al-Halabi : So do they remain with their families, waiting, meaning they care for them, protect them, and look after them, or do they return to jihad in Afghanistan?
The Shaykh : They return to their jihad.
O you who have believed, if you obey those who disbelieve, they will turn you back on your heels, and you will [then] become losers.
يا أيّها الّذين آمنوا إن تطيعوا الّذين كفروا يردّوكم على أعقابكم فتنقلبوا خاسرينThe Shaykh : In any case, we also say regarding the authenticity of this report: First, we have a reservation, because as we know from the saying of Allah the Exalted:
O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate
يا أيّها الّذين آمنوا إن جاءكم فاسق بنبإ فتبيّنواIt is sufficient for a person to be a liar if he narrates everything he hears.
بحسب المرء من الكذب أن يحدّث بكلّ ما سمعProduce your proof, if you should be truthful."
هاتوا برهانكم إن كنتم صادقينAl-Halabi : A question came from some of them saying: When the recent events occurred in Saudi Arabia, some of the mujahideen from the Saudi brothers residing in Peshawar and Afghanistan came to strive with the Saudis, according to their assumption.
