Continuation of the Shaykh's answer regarding the doubt that claims the impossibility of 'Isa (peace be upon him) descending in the last times, based on the saying of the Exalted: "Indeed, I am taking you..."

The Shaykh :
Exalted is He who took His Servant سبحان الذي أسرى بعبده
[Al-Isra 17:1]
They said, "Some of the old and modern exegetes, my brother, said that the Night Journey was with the soul, not the body." The scholars of knowledge responded to them by saying:
Exalted is He who took His Servant سبحان الذي أسرى بعبده
[Al-Isra 17:1]
"The servant is with his soul and his body." Likewise, 'Isa is with his soul and his body. So when He said to him:
Indeed, I am taking youإني متوفيك
"Indeed, I am taking you," meaning I am taking you with your soul and your body,
and raising youورافعك
meaning as you are, with your soul and your body. This clear, eloquent Arabic meaning is supported by mass-transmitted hadiths from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). In some of them, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in an authentic hadith:
surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it
Sahih al-Bukhari 3448
Thus, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) affirmed that this raising mentioned in the previous verse, "and raising you to Me," has a conclusion: this honored one who is raised with his body and soul will surely descend to judge with justice, break the cross, kill the pig, and so on until the end of the hadith. So 'Isa (peace be upon him) is alive in the sky and will descend to prove to these Christians who took him as a god besides Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) that he is a servant on one hand, and that Muhammad is superior to him on the other hand, and that he will judge by His Shari'ah and be one of the individuals of His Ummah. Until another authentic hadith came in which he said:
Then Jesus son of Marry will descend at the white minaret to the east of Damascus ينزل عيسى ابن مريم عند المنارة البيضاء شرقي دمشق على جناحي ملكين
Sunan Abi Dawud 4321Sahih (Al-Albani)

The questioner : Well, excuse me, by Allah, a question...

The Shaykh : Do you want to be patient? Do you want to be patient.

The questioner: Go ahead.

The Shaykh : May Allah be my helper and your helper. 'Isa ibn Maryam will descend to the east of Damascus, at the white minaret, on the wings of two angels, in one hadith. This is in Sahih Muslim. In another hadith, when he descends, he will descend during the Fajr prayer, and the prayer has been established for Muhammad al-Mahdi, Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah al-Mahdi, known as al-Mahdi, and his name is Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah. The Fajr prayer has been established for him. So when 'Isa (peace be upon him) sees that he has descended, he will present him and say: "No, this is an honor from Allah for this Ummah." So 'Isa, who is the Prophet of the Christians and the Jews who disbelieved in him, will follow al-Mahdi, who is one of the individuals of the Ummah of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). All these hadiths are authentic. Therefore, al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani and many of his like among those knowledgeable in hadith science say that the belief in the descent of 'Isa (peace be upon him) in the last times is supported by mass-transmitted hadiths, not a single hadith that might be authentic or might be weak. A hadith that comes from multiple paths, as you are hearing now, at this very moment, and without tiring my mind, I have mentioned three hadiths to you. Do you see? If a person wanted to gather for you, I have never gathered forty hadiths from forty Companions, some of these Companions having more than one path, and so on. How can it be said that this hadith is weak? This means that for this type of people, no hadith can be established for them... The most authentic hadith in the world is the hadith of the descent of 'Isa. You say this is a weak hadith. So, as I told you, O ignorant Muslim man...
