Clarification of the ruling on touching the mushaf for one in a state of major ritual impurity and a menstruating woman.

The Shaykh : As for touching it, it is disliked because it is established from more than one of the Companions that they disliked it. So, following these Companions, we dislike it without obligating people to do so or making it obligatory upon them, because there is also no compelling evidence for that.
