Is wiping over the head for a woman inclusive of the sides, and if I wipe from front to back and then return my hands to the front?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says: Is wiping over the head inclusive of the sides? If I wipe from front to back and then return my hands to the front, I will have to return them to the back again because my hair will be disheveled. Is this correct?

The Shaykh : It is obligatory in the wiping of the head during wudu' that it be inclusive of the entire head, from the forehead to the neck and from one ear to the other. It is sufficient in the wiping for a person to pass his hands over his head from his hairline to his neck, passing over the sides. However, it is recommended to pass the hands from the hairline to the back and then return them to the place where one started. In that case, there is no blame on a woman if her hair becomes disheveled and she passes her hands over it, not as an act of worship, but in order to settle the hair.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
