What is the ruling on a woman going to the mosque for prayer and unbeneficial knowledge lessons that lead to free mixing of men and women and other violations of the Shari'ah? Is it permissible for the husband to prevent her from doing so?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Commenting on what the honorable brother mentioned regarding the woman and her going out to the mosque, I want your personal opinion... which you see in our world. Through my observation, when I go to the mosque on Friday or for the Fajr prayer in Ramadan, and I have spoken about this, the woman comes to the mosque, but when she leaves, she mixes with the worshippers, and sometimes the ignorant mix with the knowledgeable, apart from the fitnah that occurred in addition to the female preachers... they are in need of preaching because their weak hadiths and some of the Isra'iliyyat stories... So what is your opinion, O your Eminence, if a man prevents his wife and daughter from going to the mosque, and he preaches to her and is content with her praying at home?

The Shaykh : The woman or the women you are talking about, either they adhere to the rulings of the Shari'ah or they do not. And we will specify the question, because in the end you specified the question, so you said regarding your wife. So I say, if your wife goes out to the mosque observing the rulings of the Shari'ah going and coming, it is not permissible for you to prevent her, because our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) it is authentic from him the prohibition of preventing women from going out to the mosques, until he said:
Permit the women to go out to the mosques at night إئذنوا للنساء بالخروج إلى المساجد بالليل
let alone during the day. And it was said to the wife of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab that your going out to the mosque is not approved by your husband 'Umar, and he is the caliph, the highest ruler on earth. She said: What prevents him from preventing me? It was said to her: The Messenger (peace be upon him) prohibited that. So she was silent. So the point is, if the woman goes out observing the rulings of the Shari'ah, it is not permissible for the man to prevent her, and if her home is better for her, then here there are two things:
The first thing: The woman should know that her prayer in her home is better than her prayer in her mosque.
The second ruling: It concerns her husband; he does not have the right to prevent her from going out to the mosque as long as she is adhering to the rulings of the Shari'ah.
As for if she is as you described, with the occurrence of free mixing of men and women, for example, then he has the right at that time to prevent her, even though this prevention is not good to be direct, except after teaching her and warning her of the mistakes that her husband knows she commits. So if he taught her and warned her and she did not respond to his command, rather to the command of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He), then at that time he prevents her. And here comes the athar of 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) when she said: "If the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had known what the women did after him, he would have prevented them from the mosques." This is the answer to what you asked. Please proceed.
