The ruling on a woman praying in the mosque when her husband is not pleased with it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This questioner also asks and says: Is it permissible for a woman to pray in the mosque while she is covered and modest, has not applied perfume, and is not displaying her adornment, and she intends thereby the face of Allah the Exalted, except that her husband is not pleased with her? Please inform us, may Allah reward you?
Answer: Yes, she may pray in the mosque with covering, there is no harm, unless he prevents her. However, he is not allowed to prevent her. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not prevent the female servant your women from visiting the mosques of Allah.لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجد الله
Sunan Abi Dawud 566
. So if she goes out and she is not wearing perfume, meaning no scent, and does not uncover herself or display her adornment, but is covered, veiled, and composed without perfume, there is no harm even if he is not pleased, provided he does not prevent her. He is prohibited and forbidden from doing so... The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not prevent the female servant your women from visiting the mosques of Allah.لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجد الله
Sunan Abi Dawud 566
. And if she sits and does not go out, applying perfume for herself and considering his feelings, that is better, because her home is better for her. Her home is better for her and better, and because in this there is also the pleasure of her husband and consideration for him, and because this may be safer for her. This may lead to divorce. So the best and most preferable for her is to stay in the house as long as he is not pleased. But it is not obligatory for her to do so; because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not prevent the female servant your women from visiting the mosques of Allah. لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجد الله
Sunan Abi Dawud 566
. And he said in the hadith:
And their homes are better for them وبيوتهن خير لهن
. Yes.
