If a traveler is in a bus and the time for Fajr enters, knowing that the bus will not stop until the time has passed, should he wait for the bus to stop or pray?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The problem here is with the Fajr prayer. For example, the car will arrive after the sun rises. It does not stop on the road, but we will arrive about an hour or an hour and a half after the sun rises. Is it permissible for me to delay the Fajr prayer until an hour or an hour and a half after the sun rises so that I can pray on the ground facing the qiblah?

The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah. It is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its time. Pray standing, and if you cannot, then sit, and if you cannot, then on your side. Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear. Also, a person does not control himself and does not know what will befall him from his qadar (divine decree). He is now in the car, so he intends, for example, that after the car reaches its station, he will get off, perform wudu' (the ablution for prayer), and pray with standing and prostration. Is he guaranteed that he will get off alive? No. Therefore, he must now pray within the limits of his ability, and it is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its time. It is enough that it is now a quarter to ten, and we want to pray 'Isha' (the night prayer) and depart, if Allah wills.
