Is spilled blood ritually impure, and what is the ruling on praying in a garment that has been affected by blood?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Spilled blood?

The Shaykh : Spilled blood is not to be eaten, but it is not ritually impure.

The questioner : Today, my Shaykh, when we went to the slaughterhouse, I got a little blood on me. I know that the blood of livestock is not a problem. Naturally, the young men said: We must wash the clothes and so on. And we said: O people, let us go and perform the tawaf of farewell, and there is nothing wrong with it, if Allah wills. So we went and performed the tawaf. After we returned, some of them said that it is ritually impure, and some of us said that there is nothing required of him.
