Is it permissible to combine the stoning on the second and third days if one wishes to hasten on the second day of the days of Tashriq?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the case of hastening, is it permissible to combine the stoning of the third day with the second day?

The Shaykh : No, it is sufficient that our Lord has allowed us a day just as we need.

The questioner : Is the last day combined?

The Shaykh : I am not saying that it combines the stoning of two days into one day. What am I telling you? It is not enough that Allah has lightened the burden for her. He said:
Then whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays [until the third] - there is no sin upon him - for him who fears Allah
[Al-Baqarah 2:203]
Is it not enough that He has removed from us one day with all its rituals and all its hopes, so that we do not have to go back and forth, and also that we provide for the stoning on the third day and add it to the second day?
