Is it permissible for a person who intends to expel a jinn to touch a woman who is possessed by a jinn?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Well, does this touching extend even if it is a woman?

The questioner : Even if it is a woman who is unconscious.

The questioner : ... her mahrams.

The questioner : And her mahrams are with her, mahrams holding her.

The Shaykh : How are her mahrams [involved]?

The questioner : Her people, her husband, her father, her brother; they are holding her.

The Shaykh : You mean they are present?

The questioner : They are holding her.

The Shaykh : No problem, but does this justify the touching?

The questioner : She is a patient, like a doctor. This is more severe than illness; she has lost consciousness. Like a doctor now, Dr. Taisir, is it permissible for him to perform an operation?

The Shaykh : Now you have reminded us that the earth is inhabited. We would now like to hear the opinion of the doctor...

The questioner : In case of dire necessity, this must be a truly ill woman who has lost consciousness, and he wants to save her through this action. But the easier method is electricity. That is, if he wraps her up completely so that no part of her 'awrah is exposed, he imposes this condition on them, and her family holds her. Just a wire; they hold her, and they also hold her hand. He wants to do it with his palm and a wire of electricity. He becomes one who stings her like this, and says to the jinn, "Get out, enemy of Allah! Get out, enemy of Allah! I curse you with the complete curse of Allah! I curse you with the complete curse of Allah!" Then he asks him, "Who are you? What is your name? What is your religion? What is your madhhab? What is this?" The jinn says, "I am a Shi'i, I am a disbeliever," or says something like that, or speaks in languages

The Shaykh : that are not understood.

The questioner : Not understood. He doesn't even speak English. I wanted to... one of them, by Allah, it was amazing.

The Shaykh : What do you have?

The questioner : One time I said to him...The Shaykh : May Allah reward him with good. He raised a point, saying that so-and-so... so-and-so touches even... and said such and such, meaning he mentioned such and such. His speech was good...

The questioner : ... I took a wife for him, a doctor who was old. She used to break... bite her children.

The Shaykh : O Shaykh, your statement that there is no touching contradicts what you said earlier, especially when I asked you if there is no difference in that between a man and a woman. You said that, but only for the sake of dire necessity, meaning. So your statement that there is no touching contradicts [it]. Is there a "but" here? Does this touching exist? But does dire necessity justify it, as you said, or is there absolutely no touching?

The questioner : There is absolutely no touching.

The Shaykh : But what is this if it is not touching?

The questioner : ... He has never done it at all.

The Shaykh : May Allah forgive you, if you are contradicting yourself in what you said. Why did you say for dire necessity? Since there is no touching.

The questioner : It is not done for women like this.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, I understood it that way from him.

The questioner : For women, I have never heard of it or seen it, and he did not say the work is for women, but for men. Our conversation got mixed up. For women, electricity is sufficient.

The questioner : O Shaykh, the question is still pending, in case he does this.

The questioner : If he does this, is it permissible for a doctor to do it as well?

The Shaykh : We ask the doctor...
The doctor: Of course, because there are no women with the same competence, so we asked...The Shaykh : ... He, of course, by favor, for example, there are no female doctors with the same competence as the male doctor for surgery or for some diseases, so, may Allah know best, it is permissible.

The questioner : Isn't it better that she remains unconscious, my lord? Unconscious, as if she is dead, and then she wakes up?

The Shaykh : From the fiqh perspective, I say, if the permissible ways to treat this woman for her epilepsy are narrowed down to touching her in that place, then I say at that time, dire necessities make the prohibited permissible. But one should be cautious before reaching this stage, by using what is not prohibited, such as what I mentioned, for example, the electricity with the palm.

The questioner : And he stopped using this method because it tires him, even with men. He stopped using it when he found the electricity method. This electricity is easier, a simple sting like this, strikes, "Get out, get out," and he threatens him.
