The questioner : And he has no fear. Rather, he actually feels that he is a soldier. He feels that the enemy of Allah, Satan, has entered a brother of his brothers or a sister of his sisters. So he tries to pounce on him and kill this devil. It is as if he is fighting jihad with him. But if he is weak, meaning his personality is weak and he is afraid, he does not do that at all. He stays away, but uses the ruqyah. Abu Yusuf, my master, uses something very advanced in the history of Islam that has not been used before, which is electricity. Striking with electricity at two hundred and twenty volts. How do we use it? He used to strike a devil that had entered a man, and the striking exhausted him after six hours of striking him. Abu Yusuf was not the one striking; rather, his students helped him. So Abu Yusuf got tired of it and said, "If Allah wills, I will burn you with electricity." He said, "I will burn you with electricity." The devil said to him, "Enough, I want to come out, do not do it." So Abu Yusuf realized that these devils are afraid of electricity. He threatens him first, and then this happens: he stings him, not like this, stings of less than a second in his hand. And he ties him with a proper electrical binding, meaning all of it, and four people hold him. And he recites Surat al-Baqarah and Abu Yusuf performs ruqyah with Surat al-Fatihah and spits in the face of the afflicted person, and it comes out. The questioner : But this is propaganda against Abu Yusuf, the enemies of Abu Yusuf. As for the Salafis, they have no objections at all. So this exists; Ibn Taymiyyah used to strike.

The Shaykh : It is known, but we are talking about the means he uses.

The questioner : There are no means other than those I mentioned, namely holding him here at the two jugular veins, and ruqyah with the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah.
