If a person installs electricity on his door to deter thieves, and a thief comes and touches it and dies, what is the ruling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : There is a man, my Shaykh, who was afraid of thieves in the house, so he electrified the windows and the door itself. A thief came and died; the electricity held him until he perished. So what is upon this man?

The Shaykh : If he knew that the electricity kills, then he is an intentional killer. If he did not know, then he is a killer by mistake.
