A man who fears thieves electrified the doors and windows, and a thief touched them and died as a result; what is the liability of the house owner?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : There was a man, my Shaykh, who was afraid of thieves in the house, so he electrified the windows with electricity. A thief came and died; of course, the electricity held him until it killed him. What is the liability of this man?

The Shaykh : If he knew that the electricity kills, he is an intentional killer. If he did not know, he is an accidental killer.
