Where is the Victorious Group in terms of power?

The Shaykh : Because prominence may sometimes be through argument and sometimes through power. As for the Victorious Group through argument, this exists constantly on the face of the earth. As for the Victorious Group through material power, this has been and is not. The greatest proof for you now is that here the disbelievers are dominating the lands of Islam, and here the Muslims are in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is near my country, and which is Albania. Where is the Victorious Group through power, and not just through argument? It does not exist. What exists? What existed in the Afghan war were individuals from here and there, people with good Islamic sentiments and zeal for the religion, and so on, who went and fought in jihad, but what was the outcome? Nothing. What is the reason? The Victorious Group through power does not exist today. And therefore disbelief dominates in all the lands. If we know this reality, and its summary is that there are individuals who can be compared to some of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, with the difference we mentioned, but there is no group, meaning companions together, who can be compared to those Companions so that we can say to them: "Your Lord has said to you: " These do not exist. So what is obligatory? The obligatory thing is to strive along the path of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and the guidance of his Sunnah to establish this group, which will be victorious, in addition to its victory through argument, its victory through power. This striving is what is obligatory now. And upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah. So look now at all the revolutions that take place in any land of the lands of Islam: is there a group, in the true sense, that was raised as the Messenger of Allah raised his Companions before, and established and raised them under his own eye, such that if he said to them, "Die in the cause of Allah," they would die in the cause of Allah? This group does not exist today. So we must strive to establish it. What is the way? I allude to the way with two words, and we have many lectures on this, so I refer you to those lectures with these two words. The way is something we call purification and upbringing. We are now, after fourteen centuries from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), not receiving Islam fresh and green as the Messenger of Allah explained it. This is connected to my previous words. We received the Qur'an fresh and green in its wording, but, unfortunately, in its meanings we received it as sects, factions, and parties. So these sects and these parties will not succeed, even if they claim to belong to Islam. Rather, only one party will succeed, as the Exalted said: Is that the verse? Where is the Party of Allah? The one living in Lebanon under the name "Party of Allah" is a Shia party, possibly Rafidi. The Party of Allah is the one that holds fast to the Book of Allah and the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah, and follows the methodology of the righteous Salaf. Connect this concise statement to the previous word. So today, if we look at all the revolutions that have risen in many of the lands of Islam, we find that they have not achieved these two pillars: "purification and upbringing." There may be individuals who have purified some of Islam, for example, they know tawhid in its correct form: tawhid al-rububiyyah, tawhid al-uluhiyyah, or the oneness of worship, and the oneness of the names and attributes. But perhaps you will find that they do not perform the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) correctly, or the fasting of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) correctly. Why? Because there are four schools called the schools of the people of the Sunnah and the community. And upon you be peace. Each school has an opinion on many issues, and they rarely agree. So where is this purification? It has not yet been achieved, and no group has arisen based on the Book and the Sunnah, but rather on the school of so-and-so, the school of so-and-so, and the school of so-and-so. So it is necessary to achieve these two pillars: purification and upbringing. All the groups that caused a problem, or a fitnah, or a revolution, up to the time of the Algerian revolution, these did not perform this purification and upbringing. And now I think you understand that under these two words there is a very, very wide scope of speech, and action and application are much wider and much greater. It is the restoration of Islam in its correct concept to what it was in the era of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Fourteen centuries are between us and that. How much time does this require? And how many people, rather hundreds of thousands of scholars in all the Islamic countries of the world? Where is this? So this purification, and then the upbringing of the Muslims on this correct Islam. At that time, on that day, the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah.
