Is it permissible to make du'a' by saying "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created" during prostration?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : I am consistent, praise be to Allah, morning and evening, with this du'a'. But many times, I mean, not right when I wake up, truly, I remember, for example... I remember, for example, while I am praying Fajr, so even from the standpoint of human affection, I make this du'a' during prostration. Is this permissible?

The Shaykh : How did you do it?

The questioner : I mean, by reciting
Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'a ismihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم
Sunan Ibn Majah 3869
three times. So I am truly accustomed to waking up from sleep, and the first thing I do upon waking is to make this du'a'. Likewise, when I enter the mosque, and when I enter Maghrib, sometimes I do not remember immediately when the adhan is called and I stand for prayer, I remember that I spoke, so I want to be the first to seek the good, so I make this du'a' during prostration. Is this permissible?

The Shaykh : It is permissible, it is permissible.

The questioner : Even if the Maghrib prayer is missed and he makes this du'a'?

The Shaykh : It is permissible.

The Shaykh : In both considerations: the evening adhkar at any time in the evening, but this adhkar is a du'a' with prostration, as we all know. So increase in it in du'a', for it is likely that it will be answered for you. Here there are two virtues: a general virtue that is suitable for evening or morning, and a specific virtue, which is prostration.

The questioner : If he commits to it?

The Shaykh : If he commits to it, it is not known, and it is a matter of commitment.

The questioner : I mean, sometimes.

The Shaykh : Sometimes, yes.
