What is the meaning of the hadith: (Do not make the witr prayer resemble the Maghrib prayer)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: Let Abu Maher have his turn, yes, go ahead.
Abu Maher: I would like to ask a question, which is about a hadith reported on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) in Fath al-Bari, in which it says:
Do not make the witr prayer resemble the Maghrib prayer لا تشبّهوا صلاة الوتر بصلاة المغرب
.

The Shaykh : The hadith is authentic.
Abu Maher: The hadith is valid.

The Shaykh: Yes.
Abu Maher: Does the hadith mean that the witr prayer should not be performed as two rak'ahs with a tashahhud in the middle, followed by the third rak'ah and a final tashahhud? Or does it mean that one should pray two separate rak'ahs and then one rak'ah? Or does it mean performing the three rak'ahs with a single tashahhud?

The Shaykh: Except for the second form; the first is intended, and the last is intended, except for the second form, which is with a tashahhud in the middle without a taslim; this is what is prohibited.
