Is it permissible to leave the company of one who concludes his supplication by reciting al-Fatihah after the prayers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to leave the company of one who concludes his supplication by reciting al-Fatihah after the prayers?

The Shaykh : What is meant by leaving the company? Does he mean that he does not want to pray with him in congregation? Or does he mean that he prays in congregation, but when this person begins his supplication by reciting al-Fatihah, he leaves him and departs from the place? In any case, I advise this imam to follow the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in his prayer. It was not part of his guidance or his Sunnah to recite al-Fatihah after the five daily prayers, especially if it is done in a loud, collective voice. There is no doubt that this is a religious innovation. Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) has guided His servants to what they should do after the prayers, and He said (Exalted and Majestic is He):
And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, or [lying] on your sides فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلاةَ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَى جُنُوبِكُمْ
[An-Nisa 4:103]
He did not mention recitation, but mentioned remembrance. It has been reported that it is recommended to recite the Verse of the Throne and
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq 113:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[An-Nas 114:1]
.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. From the questions of this questioner, he says: "O honorable Shaykh."
