What is the amount of the mudd or the sa' that was sufficient for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for wudu'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A question about the amount of the mudd that was sufficient for the wudu' of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and the amount of the sa'?

The Shaykh : Yes, the sa' is four mudds, and the mudd is a handful with two moderate hands. This is not for water, but for dry things like dates, wheat, and barley. It is known by observation that a pile of wheat forms a pyramidal shape, whereas water...The questioner : ...has a flat surface. So if we can say that the mudd is with two moderate hands, half of that amount of water, naturally the result is that the sa' will be four mudds, meaning six hands of water. Yes.

The questioner : Seeing [Allah] in this world. So whoever claims to have seen [Allah] in this world has committed a great lie against Allah. Now, what about the one who interprets the hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Light, how can I see it? نور أنى أراه
and says:
Light, how do I see Him? نور إني أراه
?

The Shaykh : No, this is first of all contrary to the authentic narration and contrary to the narration of Abu Musa, which Muslim used to support the authentic narration. Yes.
