The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Peace be upon you

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah...
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. و من يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا و يرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
Allah has provided you with an exit in this mosque, if Allah wills, when your sister's house became too narrow for you, and perhaps what lies beyond it is wider for you than what is reserved for you in the unseen. However, you must be patient, for if the call is not accompanied by patience, it will retreat, may Allah forbid. This is the first point. Second, regarding this mosque where I mentioned some of the people from that group or that party, as long as they are not fanatical in all their fanaticism, I hope that the outcome of the call will be an increase in its spread through teaching in that mosque. However, I advise using the political wisdom included in the saying of the Exalted, which is well known to all Muslims, men and women:
Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة و الموعظة الحسنة و جادلهم بالتي هي أحسن
[An-Nahl 16:125]
And let the starting point for research and teaching be, as it was said: "Knowledge, if you seek it, is abundant, and life is short for acquiring it, so prioritize the most important of it, then the next most important." It is not hidden from you that the most important thing in Islam is tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and the correct creed. Therefore, one should begin with this first principle of the principles of Islam.
So know that there is no deity except Allah. فاعلم أنه لا إله إلا الله
Let this starting point be from the *Al-Tahawiyyah* creedal text by Abu Ja'far al-Tahawi al-Hanafi. Although its author is Hanafi in madhhab and Maturidi in theological school, it is ninety-nine percent sound, and there is only one issue in which he opposed our Salafi hadith-based methodology: he holds that faith is only creed and that righteous deeds are not included in its definition, contrary to the people of hadith. Therefore, let the starting point for teaching creed be from this text, due to its correctness as I have explained, and because it is accepted even by those who oppose the Salafi methodology. This is my advice: the call should be with what is best, with wisdom and good admonition, and by starting with the creed from this good text. And beware, if Allah wills.
