Urging the hastening to repentance and mentioning its virtue.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And the door of repentance for one who has done evil is open, and praise be to Allah. Indeed, Allah the Exalted extends His hand in the day for the sinner of the night to repent, and extends His hand in the night for the sinner of the day to repent. And He, Glorified and Exalted is He, loves repentance from His servants.
Indeed, Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves إن الله يحب التوابين ويحب المتطهرين
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 9:222
And it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
That Allah is more joyful with the repentance of His servant than a man who lost his mount, upon which was his food and drink, so he sought it and did not find it, and he slept under a tree waiting for death. While he was thus, he saw the rein of his camel hanging from the tree, so he took the rein of the camel and said: "O Allah, You are my Lord and I am Your servant." He made a mistake due to the intensity of his joy.
meaning that the correct expression was not used due to the intensity of his joy. He should have said: "O Allah, You are my Lord and I am Your servant," but due to the intensity of his joy, he made a mistake. And this indicates that Allah the Exalted loves the repentance of the servant with a great love that nothing compares to.
