A reading from the words of the poet: A chapter on explaining the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) of the prophets and messengers and its contradiction of the tawhid of the materialists and the deniers of the divine attributes... to the end of the chapter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "A chapter on explaining the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) of the prophets and messengers and its contradiction of the tawhid of the materialists and the deniers of the divine attributes"
"So listen then to the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) of the messengers of Allah, then place it in the scale's pan
with these types, and see which is more weighty in the scale's judgment
Their tawhid (the oneness of Allah) is of two types: verbal and practical, and both of its types have proof
So the first, the verbal, is of two types as well, and both are found in the Book of Allah
One of them is negation, and this is of two types as well, both mentioned in it truly"

The Shaykh : ...
"One of them is negation, and this is of two types as well, both mentioned in it"
Read the verse
The reader: "One of them is negation, and this is of two types as well, both mentioned in the Book of Allah"

The Shaykh : Good, this is better, in the Book of Allah
The reader: "One of them is negation, and this is of two types as well, both mentioned in the Book of Allah
Negation of all defects and flaws, from Him, are two types, both rational
Negation of what is connected and what is disconnected, they are two known types, as for the second
Negation of the partner, with the supporter, with the intercessor, without the permission of the Creator, the Judge"

The Shaykh : with the intercessor
The reader: "Negation of the partner, with the supporter, with the intercessor, without the permission of the Creator, the Judge
And likewise negation of the spouse and the son whom they attributed to Him, the worshippers of the crosses
And likewise negation of the equal and the guardian for"

The Shaykh : And likewise, and likewise, negation
The student: the guardian

The Shaykh :"And likewise negation of the equal and the guardian"
The guardian, the first 'ya' is with the first, and the second is with the second
The reader: "And likewise negation of the equal and the guardian, for us, other than the Most Merciful, the One of Forgiveness
And the first is the exalting of the Most Merciful from the description of flaws and everything that is deficient
Like death and fatigue and weariness, which negate the power of the Creator, the Judge
And sleep and the drowsiness which is its origin, and the absence of anything from Him in the worlds
And likewise futility, which His wisdom negates, and the praise of Allah, the One of Perfection
And likewise leaving creation to be neglected, idle, not to be resurrected to a second return
No, and no command and no prohibition upon them from a powerful, judging God
And likewise oppressing His servants, and He is the Rich, so what does He have to do with injustice to man
And likewise His negligence, Exalted is He, and He is the Knower of the unseen, so it is manifestly false
And likewise forgetfulness, Glorious is our God, He is never afflicted by any forgetfulness
And likewise His need for taste and provision, and He is the Provider without calculation"

"This and the second type"

The Shaykh : of the types of negation
The reader: "This and the second of the types of negation, which is the first of the types in the scales
Exalting His attributes of perfection from likening, comparing, and denial
We do not liken His description to our attributes, for the one who likens is a worshipper of idols
No, and we do not strip Him of His attributes, for the one who denies is a worshipper of falsehood
Whoever likens the Great Allah to His creation, he is the close relative of a Christian polytheist
Or whoever strips the Most Merciful of His attributes, he is the ungrateful one and has no faith"
