Reading from the poet’s words: “Worship is nothing but the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) of love…” to the end of the chapter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: “Worship is nothing but the tawhid (the oneness of Allah) of love *** with the submission of the heart and the limbs
And love is the heart’s agreement with what He loves *** and hatred of what He does not approve in the soul
And agreement with Him is your following His command *** and the intention is for the face of Allah, the Most Generous
This is ihsan (excellence in worship), a condition for the acceptance *** of the effort, so understand it from the Qur'an
And following without the Shari'ah (Islamic sacred law) of His Messenger *** is the very impossibility and the most complete invalidation
So if you cast aside His Book and His Messenger *** and follow the command of the self and Satan
And you take equals whom you love as you love *** Allah, you are far removed from faith
And we have indeed seen a group claiming *** Islam, with shirk (associating partners with Allah) apparent in clarity
They made partners for Him, and their illusion *** and their love for them, not their power
By Allah, they did not equate them with Allah, but *** they increased their love without concealment
By Allah, they did not become angry when the sanctities *** of their Lord were violated in secret and in public
Until when it was said about the idol *** which they call upon, that there is a defect in it
So may the Merciful protect you from anger and *** war, and from abuse and from aggression
And may the Merciful protect you from beating and *** punishment, and from cursing and from imprisonment
By Allah, if you had denied all His attributes *** they would not have met you with any of this aggression
By Allah, if you had contradicted the explicit text *** of His Messenger, clear in its explanation
And followed the words of their sheikhs or others *** you would be the verified one, the possessor of gnosis
Until when you contradicted the opinions of the people *** regarding the Sunnah of the one sent with the Qur'an
They called out against you with bid'ah (religious innovation) and misguidance *** saying, and there are two opinions regarding his takfir (declaring someone a disbeliever)
They said you belittled the great ones and the rest of *** the scholars, indeed you openly committed slander
This, and you did not deprive them of a right they have *** so that this would be a lie and this an aggression
And if you stripped away His attributes and His exaltation"

The Shaykh : ...
“And if you stripped away His attributes and His exaltation *** and His speech openly without concealment
They did not become angry, but that was in their view *** the very truth and the requirement of ihsan (excellence in worship)
And the matter, by the Great Allah, increases *** beyond description, not hidden from the blind
And if you mentioned Allah in tawhid (the oneness of Allah), you would see *** their faces discolored
Indeed, they look at you with hostility, just as *** the wild goats looked at the staff of al-Jubayn
And if you mentioned the praise of their partners *** they rejoice with the joy of the joyful
By Allah, they did not smell the fragrance of his religion *** Oh, what a stench! By Allah, they did not smell the fragrance of his religion *** Oh, what a stench that baffled the physician of the time"
.

The Shaykh : May Allah reward him with good.
