On the fates of the deniers and the negators of attributes, by the spears of the commanders of affirmation, the monotheists
And if you wish to see the fates of those who strayed *** from the community of negation and disbelief
You will see them as captives, their status lowly, *** their hands bound up to their chins
And you see them beneath the spears, a defenseless group, *** none among them a piercing horseman
And you see them beneath the swords, which strike them *** from their left sides and from their right
You will see them having stripped themselves of the two revelations and *** clear reason and the implication of the Qur'an
And you see them, by Allah, a laughingstock for the mocker, *** and they have often mocked faith
The regions of the provision of the Mighty One have become desolate because of them, *** a desolation lasting through the ages" .
