Reading from the words of the poet: Or you said the opposite, so your speech... beneath the dust and the turning of minds

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
"Or you said the opposite, so your speech *** is at the height of rejection and invalidity
Or you said we analogized its like to it *** so your analogy is of two different types
One type contradicts its text, and that is the *** attempt, and that is invalid in the sight of Allah
And our speech is about it, and our speech is not *** about anything else, I mean the second type of analogy
That which does not contradict its text, people have *** acted upon it in all times
But it is not resorted to in necessity *** except after this absence
This is the answer of al-Shafi'i to Ahmad *** may Allah reward you, you are the imam of the time
And Allah, the people have not been compelled to it in *** any incident among them in any time
So when you see the text silent about it *** then its silence is a pardon from the Most Merciful
And it is permissible, a permissibility like the pardon which *** has no hardship or denial in it
So add to this the generality of the wording and the *** meaning, and the good understanding in the Qur'an
Then there you will be in abundance and sufficiency *** from every one who has an opinion and every one who has calculation
And the matters of the mind have not been guaranteed to us *** clarification by the text and the Qur'an

The Shaykh : And the estimates
The reader: "And the estimates of the mind have not been guaranteed for us *** to be clarified by the text and the Qur'an"

The Shaykh : It has not been guaranteed, it has not been guaranteed, yes
The reader: "And the estimates of the mind have not been guaranteed for us *** to be clarified by the text and the Qur'an
And it is in which your opinion is entangled *** beneath the dust and the wandering of the minds
