Our Shaykh, another issue was raised regarding the same matter, and although the answer was implicit in it, it occurred there, but I mean, also by way of clarification, which is that the right of zakah in wealth is singular and does not multiply, so how do we enumerate more than one zakah in a single wealth?

Al-Halabi : Our Shaykh, another issue was raised regarding the same matter, and although the answer was implicit in it, it occurred there, but I mean, also by way of clarification, which is that the right of zakah in wealth is singular and does not multiply, so how do we enumerate more than one zakah in a single wealth?

The Shaykh : Who said this statement, and what is the evidence for it?
"And claims, unless you establish for them *** proofs, their claimants are claimants." The truth, as I said earlier, is that its answer was given implicitly. We established the evidence for the obligation of paying zakah from the borrower because he is the owner. So those who prove that he is not the owner, then all these questions drop away, and consequently, we are not obligated to answer them, because either we are wrong and we return to them and they are correct, or it becomes clear to them of their error and they return to us and are correct, and they stop at this which we proved in that he is the owner.
